Ten Questions to Ask Before You Book a Senior Home
Take this list to every visit and write down the answers.
1. Is the project built only for seniors, or is only a part reserved? 2. What age rule applies, and does it pass to a buyer on resale? 3. Who employs the nurse, doctor or paramedic, and during which hours? 4. Which services are included in maintenance, and which are billed each time? 5. Which hospital is the tie-up with, and what does it cover? 6. What is the possession date in the agreement, not the brochure? 7. Does the registration number cover my exact tower and phase? 8. What is the full cost sheet, including parking, club and taxes? 9. What happens to the deposit if the schedule slips? 10. Can I speak to a current resident?
Ask for every answer by email. A promise made only at the sales desk is hard to enforce later.
